***BUYER BEWARE***

Absolutely appalling. Had to exchange a can of paint because i had picked up the wrong one, a horrible woman was very insulting and suggested i had bought the paint elsewhere & was criminally attempting to return it. In the end, once i announced how much money i (used to) spend in there, she agreed to exchange it, but i won't ever be taking up her time again. 

Just totted it up & i spent close to £3000 in the last year, she has lost £3000/year over a £30 can of paint which i only wanted to exchange anyway. Smart. 

BTW,
***If you're buying timber, beware the guy with fair hair, he broke my windscreen loading it in the car.***

Awful staff in the shop, woman with dark hair was very rude to both staff and customers. Thank goodness the yard staff were so friendly and helpful.

Great customer services - nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Excellent prices and range of products with speedy deliveries too. Highly recommended!
