Absolutely disgusting sexism. Owner would not speak to or even make eye contact with the woman whose car he had MOT'd. Even though it was in her name and she was paying for it. Only addressed and thanked the man that accompanied her. Will be reported.

What a service, on the spot diagnosis without an appointment showing me exactly what needed to be done to fix my exhaust. left car with them. they phoned me to to say they found a bracket that needed welding and wanted my permission. went to collect the car which was still up on the lift so they could show me exactly what they had done. and the welding was not added on to the original quote. what an excellent family based garage A++++
