Disappointed with the hair treatment, £30 for 3 min conditioner. I was expecting bit more than that. Staff could be more friendly but maybe I expecting to much.

I went to this salon with my hair extensions and told them I want that colour honey blonde with brown roots and a few highlights and few lowlights.they bleached my hair!and done my hair grey with black roots!after 5 h!then they told me that they can fix it!added more colour etc.After all this they told me is £100!so I paid £100 to have my hair damaged! Thank you! Also at the end they told my to write my name down so they remember next time what colour they used???!!!! I said no thanks there will not be a next time!
