The best experience I have ever had at a tanning salon. I was always a “number” and this pasty girl never knew the right way to effectively use a tanning bed. From day one Lesley has been amazing and explained the process of each type of bed, acceleration lotions etc. The entire staff is fabulous, personable and customer focused, always greeting you with a smile while keeping the clients moving, especially during busy periods. The salon itself is immaculate and spotless. Lesley is a gem, her positivity is contagious and it feels like you’re stopping in to visit a friend. 10/10
Lesley and her team are BEYOND phenomenal! I was hunting around for a tanning salon in my area before going on a trip to achieve a base tan. I found her salon and I can 100% say I will travel from whatever end of the city to see this team. The salon is incredibly clean the first thing that I noticed and the friendliness of the entire staff is like none other. Every staff member is incredibly knowledgeable and treats everyone with utmost respect. The water and snacks were such a cute surprise! Customer service is clearly a priority at their salon while also educating clients. I have another trip booked for October and you bet I’ll be heading here for that base tan and any future trips.
Such an amazing first experience and what a wonderful salon! Lesley, Rye and Maya were a joy to chat with and created such a welcoming environment. As soon as you step in you notice how incredibly clean it is, the snacks and water are a wonderful surprise in the rooms and they get you in really quickly and efficiently. The owner and staff are all genuine and lovely - they put sincere effort into building relationships with all of their patrons, and are consistently patient, kind and considerate, even when things are peak busy. The beds are always cleaned, and the rooms are super cute and stocked with a candy which I enjoy while I'm enjoying the light, a small bag of chips, wipes, bottled water, and a pillow for the lay down beds. Highly recommend on all levels.
Friendly atmosphere and staff. They have different tanning equipment from stand up to lying down plus a wide variety of tanning lotions. Staff is very knowledgeable on the safety of tanning and will give you their best advice. Become a client with either a monthly membership or go with a time membership.
Great service, very clean and love how they have each room set up. They offer water, hair ties and chips in each room. Wipes also are available in each room too.
Lane Fifteen is the BEST tanning salon I have ever been too. Everything is super clean and new. Lesley the owner, is super friendly. She always remembers my name when I walk in the door and answers any questions I may have. She lets me know when promos and upcoming deals will be happening in the salon. Also, a BIG perk, is there is a bottle of water and snacks in every room, which you can help yourself to, free of charge after your tan. I love the little extra touches this salon provides! 5 star rating across the board!!!
Top salon in town. Friendly cozy and welcoming atmosphere with quality beds. Very clean. Leslie knocked it out of the park with this place. I highly recommend this place
Phenomenal tanning salon. Lesley is knowledgeable, very friendly and super accommodating. From the time you walk in you feel welcomed and comfortable. Salon is clean and bright. Amazing customer service...and...amazing Open Sun Bed. Every visit is a great experience. Congrats on your first year Lesley. Well done.
Lovely staff, always genuinely friendly. The prices are good, the beds are clean, and they even leave out snacks and water for each room.
