Just popped in and Kerry could not have been kinder or more helpful! Excellent store with lovely people & service

Kerry at Sally Beauty a 100% cold hearted customer killer . Rude and condescending. A mother on her birthday being treated by her daughters and a leading health and skin therapists for Clarins, asked  Kerry kindly if  her 10 yr  daughter  could  use the toilet . She flatly refused and suggested she take her child to Mcdonalds. She went next door to Game Set and Match and there was no issue. Kerry then refused to serve the mother on her birthday for challenging her decision...wow what has become of common decency.

Lydia, who works at this store, was exceptionally helpful when serving me. She, in my opinion, is a huge asset to this establishment.
