Studio 3 is a friendly dance, fitness & wellness studio providing a variety of fun and empowering dance, fitness and yoga classes. We help our clients to feel the best they can in body, mind and soul!

Story

Studio 3 in Dumfries town centre provides a wide variety of dance and fitness classes. Home to D&G's only Nia (dance fusion fitness workout) Instructor we also provide yoga, Pilates and fitness classes such as Hula Hoop Fit, Core & More (Body Conditioning) and HIIT workout 'Fight Club 4 Girls'! Dance classes include Scottish Country Dancing & Margaret Morris Movement. We like to focus on classes that are fun and help you feel empowered! We care about your mind as well as your body so we also host Mindfulness workshops. This bright spacious venue has laminate flooring, fitted mirrors and an extremely friendly welcoming and relaxed atmosphere - nothing at all like a gym! We also offer Massage Therapy, Life Coaching and other treatments!
