I will never use this place again, I've only came here a couple of times and I've never had a positive experience.
Just came of a call with one of the student health center employees. She was extremely helpful and understanding considering the circumstances
Generally the doctors are great. Not found fault some are lovley and take the time whilst others are quicker. Going to get this at any gp's. Fed up of being asked if I'm still a student cause of my age every time I call. I'm a mature student. I find the new receptionists not as helpful and friendly.
Disgusting etiquette from Dr Wong. Was so rude to me during my whole appointment and made me feel so small and out of place. Dr Delmas however is amazing and incredibly helpful with mental health services.
The reception staff in the practice are just awful. Rude, condescending and downright uncaring. Most of us students are living away from home for the 1st time. Its help and support that we need, not to be ridiculed!
The nurses and doctors are always focused on a patients issues and have a great deal of care when it comes to remembering some of the issues affecting patients which made me feel less lonely and unknown.
Absolutely shocking service. Just don’t care, wait more than 20 minutes for literally a 2 minute appointment with the doctor.
