Excellent customer service. My mother purchased a mattress from Stuart’s. Unfortunately after a few days, she realised that the mattress was not suitable for her needs. she contacted the store explaining the situation, and the store agreed to collect the used mattress and deliver a replacement, which was cheaper AND to issue her a refund for the price difference which was £200. This sort of service is hard to come by these days. Most Impressed.
Great service and very knowledgeable staff. They have a huge range of beds and mattresses available to try. We came in a few times to try different mattresses out and didn't feel under any pressure. Great there is a local place to try things out. You can never get that from buying a mattress online. We recently bought a superking mattress from the shop and would definitely use Stuarts again.

Brilliant store. Came In here after seeing a quirky door draft excluder in the window and was treated wonderfully by the staff member. Got a great price on it as well :The shop itself is nice and spacious inside and has a magical feel to it well, at least I feel going into furniture shops is magical. Would reccomend to anyone especially as I was not pressured by sales.

The staff are always ready to help,,they leave you to browse if that's what you want, we have brought lots of items from Stuart's and no doubt will go back
