Less thank 1 week ago we had a measurement and order of 13 blinds for our newly renovated property. Today we had all 13 fitted with minimal mess no rubbish left behind and a really friendly fitter. Park's furnishings Minehead Somerset. All the staff have a good communication skills. Reliable, brilliant customers services and quality assurance. Fitted new Venetian blinds in sitting room/ bedroom, and carpet for the hallway all to a professional standard and highly recommended.
Such service! Five stars plus! Two lovely young chaps turned up at exactly the time agreed and within 3 hours they'd lifted and removed the old carpeting and replaced it with the new - and some of the cutting and fitting must have been tricky with all the doorways coming off the hall. Absolutely super result, carpet exactly matches the damaged one and it all feels lovely underfoot. Thank you Parks Lane Lads!
I've just relocated to Minehead and was recommended to Parks Lane for the things I needed for my house. I first met Paul who did the blinds, then I asked him to quote for the carpet and flooring, he was patient as I looked at many different combinations and changed my mind a lot. Fitting out a whole house is not going to go without any hitches and communicating from distance never easy. Paul was great, his Father helped me choose the flooring, and Fin did a wonderful job fitting my carpet. The hitches were resolved quickly and without any quibbling. I absolutely love the quality of the carpet, my new furniture was delivered whole, no flat packed items in site at reasonable prices given the quality. I will be visiting them as and when I need to add to my new home. It's a good feeling when your carpet is down but it's so thick some doors no longer close so Parks takes them off cuts a little off the bottom and refits them. You get a whole lot of customer service and I'm very grateful they made my moving in as pleasant and hassle free as it could be.
So many exciting things, constantly changing stock plus extremely cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable staff who I would say 'go the extra mile'.
Mum and Dad shopped here for years and only had positive, pleasant experiences with Brian, Linda and family. Conan Woodley, is an asset to the business too, trustworthy and reliable. Good quality furniture at reasonable prices with expert advice on hand. Thank you for making my parents happy over the years!!
