When u order a wee sneaky breakfast meal from mcds through uber and you get this, where the hell is the sausage and egg, what actually is going on in this shop!! Already complained to uber but it's you guys that are at fault here! Craiglinn won't let me leave a comment
Mcdonalds has went downhill ever since starting deliverys. Customers that walk into there restaurants are no longer important. 20 minutes i waited for a filet of fish and when i opened the box it looked like stevie wonder had made it.Food: 1/5
As far as McDonald's go, the food was great. It was 12am on a Monday morning 23rd Jan and all I can say is well done to the staff who where clearly understaffed and under alot of pressure. Took over 20 minutes for our food, however there was maybe 3 people on duty, and seemingly endless stream of cars at the drive-thru. The young lady at the counter was really polite when dealing with a complaint and deserves some recognition.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but totally deserved. Went in late at night. Staff were prioritising drive through. Politely asked manager Rebecca short with specs how long the order would be to which she very rudely replied “Don’t know, I’ve only got one person in my kitchen just now”. She was also speaking to the staff like dirt. Place also needs a good clean!
This is the worst mcdonalds I've used. Since covid, staff have been lazy and rude. No matter what the order and how long in the queue at drive through AFTER ordering, you will still be made to park up and wait for the most unhappy looking person to bring you cold food and soggy fries. Really wish this was a one off, but the last 3 times have been the same.
Always really busy, drive thru and sitting in. Food is cold when you start to eat it especially the hamburgers. Quite messy inside and delivery drivers standing around everywhere, some sit and wait at tables. Parking to wait for food chaotic. This McDonald's hardly ever has ice cream so no mcflurries most disappointing
Absolutely feckless. Ive been in cumbernauld over 10 years and it never ceases to amaze me the effort and imagination invested in getting peoples orders wrong. This outlet is by far the worst one for getting an order correct and its like taking a lucky dip at times. Ive returned orders to the shop that were intended for other people, ive returned items wrong that get remade and still wrong 3 times in row to which even the manager had to use till roll and write it down to get it right. Yes ive used the helpline etc but very few if any responses when quoting the order number etc. But tonight has been the last straw of keeping fairly quiet and when you order a mc chicken with only onion cheese and ketchup dont hate me instead i get a mc chicken with lettuce and cheese..... i mean come on. Even the screen had my order correct so whats going wrong? I love within 2 minutes drive and after waiting 11 minutes for the order to come in their carpark i get home and the chips are freezing and even the mc chicken cheese hadn't even began to melt. Rant over but i know exactly whats going on.... they are prioritising just etc etc getting them sorted and out the door pronto and if you are a customer using the restaurant or drive thru you are an afterthought.
Gotta be the worst McDonald's in the world! how hard is it to get people's orders right and warm? This is the 3rd order in as many weeks that they have messed up, it clearly says on the receipt 2 pancakes and 1 pancakes and sausage they send 1instead of 2 proper illiterate pieces of dog spunk, I've never had as problem with springburn or robroyston and the food is always warm when I get home to abronhill unlike the Cumbernauld McDonald's.
Orders are wrong so many times. It's not complicated yet somehow the staff manage to mess things up. Food is also cold on a regular basis. Even at night they close one lane, serve one car drive thru at a time which seems to take forever and still get the orders wrong.
Foods always great. Generally quick and staff are pleasant. This Mcdos real selling point is the varied "characters" that frequent the establishment. You can bet your bottom dollar there's some sort of group of youths with foul mouths and are dressed with hand me down clothes with the trousers all mud stained or conversely fake Moncler or Canada Goose puffers/gilets that are just out of the packet. The music is classical piano themed and this helps the youths focus their attention on their food and not spouting profanities every third sentence, usually with no contextual application for profanity, but they somehow manage to throw the odd F-bomb instead of using a noun, verb or adjective. I treat this mcdonalds like Sir Attenborough treats the wild, always extremely entertaining to watch and listen to the pride of millenials. I sometimes ponder, were the gen zs like this? Was I and my friends the poorly dressed foul mouthed trash talkers of 20 years ago?!
