Deliciously light, warm scones with jam and cream and a huge pot of tea for two that was so big we couldn't quite finish it. Like the vintage style, especially the knives, reminds me of my childhood!

This tiny place was the best coffee shop of our entire trip. Not only was it cozy and everyone was friendly and heartwarmingly open, the coffee and the scones were also fabulous - and freshly home-made. If you come and all tables are taken - definitely wait, it is worth it!

Underwhelming. It was quite busy at lunch time when we visited.  The service flustered and disinterested. The decor is towards clichéd kitsch.  The menu is standard fare.  The food is well done but won't stick in the memory.  The place is big on tea so maybe it was a mistake to get a coffee which was average at best.  The cakes did look good but we didn't stay to try them.  Tea and cake at a quieter time might show the place in a better light.

Lovely little hidden gem just off the high street. Fresh homemade food cakes scones   and coffee all delicious. Reasonable prices and friendly service. Don't miss this place.

Very quaint and cosy. Definitely worth a visit.  Huge selection of teas served from chinaware, decent selection of cakes and very friendly service. Food also served until late afternoon.

A  great find in Kirkwall, in the Orkneys. A cozy, tiny, friendly tearoom featuring delicious scones and cakes. Well worth a visit when in town. Recommended.
