Best cafe in town, we've been going since we were little, the welcome is great and the cafe is warm cozy and clean, the food is excellent, the owner is a Baker and bakes awesome cakes, bread, everything really the only place left where you get a normal cup of tea which is brilliant

It was the worst coffee I’ve ever had and I love my coffee. The breakfast was warm at best. Will never set foot in there again as it’s over priced for what you get.
Because my husband and I are autistic we love going to the Pamona as it's a lot quieter than the other cafés up the street and great food at great prices, plus Elaine and Colin look after us and their customers exceptionally well. x #orkney #kirkwall #pamonacafe #autisticadults

Sadly the experience here was poor. I would not recommend the cappuccino as it was undrinkable; they will likely do better with a basic tea or coffee. I was looking forward to a nice breakfast from a local cafe but, unfortunately, they forgot we were here and the food never arrived. They were clearly too distracted by their friends popping in for a chat and forgot about their customers as a result. Unfortunately we had to ask for a refund and leave, so I can't possibly comment in the quality off the food.
Nothing wrong with this cafe, but nothing special either. Although l must say waiter was very polite.
The lady attitude in this place is absolutely shocking. Being visitors here this was our first visit and it will certainly be our last.
Great quality food at little cost. We went back again the next day. Friendly service too .
