Visited on a Saturday afternoon but soon after we arrived it got quite busy. Good atmosphere, good beer and of course we had to try a pizza. Lots of families with lots of babies and children plus well behaved dogs. Had a queue for the ladies as only one available and my son was amused by the gents (so I had to take a peek!) Even the organic cola was actually nice.

When we arrived at 6 pm Friday evening, the place was packed! Mostly with families with children. Some dogs too. (Kids are supposed to leave by 8 pm.) We eventually snagged two seats in the entrance bar area, somewhat quieter but no less crowded than the large seating area inside. We bought a beer (several vegan choices on keg and bottled and one of the casks) and queued for the pizza. What a popular place this is! Our pizza order took 45 minutes. The vegan veggie deluxe pizza was good. Thin crust. Dessert pizzas available. Bagels, croissants and bread on sale. Bagels are organic sourdough and vegan. A musician began at 7:30 and was hard to hear over the conversations. Toilets are outside in a covered area (cold in winter).

Really nice find this place, we arrived and felt welcomed straight away, the hardest part was choosing which beer to have with our pizza. amazing effort to turn what is basically an industrial park into a green utopia - top marks, and we will be visiting again to buy some to take back home :)
