Attended for a concert. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. Sufficient number of attendants, security and first aid for the number of people there.nParking was ample and on-site. A great venue, definitely recommend.
Went to tribute festival..... had the best time, amazing acts so well organised, well done strode park we had another great evening at strode park. We saw the band Uncle Funk, brilliant. Such a fun night out
Saw a Fleetwood Mac tribute band here. They were excellent.nnArrived with plenty of parking that was very well organised.nnIt has a good seating area and the sound was great as wellnnIt was a nice sunny evening so an all round very good experience.
I attended a Fair run by the foundation in 1977 to raise funds for it. Very well attended and lots of things to do. Tommy Cooper was there signing autographs and the traffic police had a slide with a chair on so people could experience sudden deceleration events and many other stalls.
Great day out for Kent music festival. Main stage in the wrong place in my opinion as had to sit round the corner to it, so couldn't see any of the bands. Would have been better facing out towards the crowd and aisle. Good day, but very expensive for food and drinks. Worthwhile cause though.
