Visited for my Mum's birthday. Haven't been for years and a lot has changed since then. The restaurant area, reception/booking in desk and arcade area look so much more modern and smarter. We had such a fab time. All 5 of us were happy with the food too which is rare! The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Couldn't fault it. Thank you very much.
Visited yesterday. Advise pre-booking to get the best price. I went with my 3-year-old daughter just to give her the experience of rolling the balls down the lane. She loved it! the staff were super helpful, accommodating and friendly. Awesome, clean, fresh and vibrant well-kept environment with modern facilities. The service provided was excellent and we had a ton of fun. We will definitely be back. Thanks, Strikes Team!
Great experience every time. Children love it. Not too busy, not too quiet, just right. Great food and drink service too, the food is actually pretty good - especially the Chinese salt and pepper chips!!
Generally good and a nice experience. However, a couple of pointers. 1 the gluten free options on the menu are poor. Particularly when booking the 2 games and a meal/drink deal. There is no GF option and it was suggested that we had to pay more for it. The only option is chips and jacket potato. The service around this was good though and it didn’t ruin the night but it does need to improve. Only other thing was our drinks were cleared from our lane before we had a finished them. Would book again though.
Something to be desired. Nice updated decor but food was poor. Didn't take photos of the food as not nice on the eye. Had to send back.
Easy to book on short notice online, even on a Sunday afternoon. Not too busy and swift service for our drinks. There was no explanation how the machine works but not difficult anyway. The food we spotted at the neighbouring table didn't look too good, so we skipped that. We'll come back.
It was a nice experience with my family. The food was nicely presented and delicious. Nice play area overall. Friendly and welcoming staffs. I was encouraged to book bowling online as it is cheaper. Would visit more often
No maintenance. Careful where you park your car against the bramble bushes. It will scracht your paint work. Got caught in my wheel arch and bumper. Coffee machine out of order. No hot drinks. Chairs collapsed when sitting on them. Anyone got a spanner. One star for pleasant staff service. One star for children's enjoyment.
11th Birthday Bowling! Children had a great time, staff were friendly and a good Value for money £11 for 3 games and a drink before 6pm!
Booking was easy. Food was okay but nothing amazing. We were put on a lane which had a fault and when we asked about it they were already aware but had put us there anyway even though there were other lanes not being used hence the low star rating
