Ripp off agents,I see they seem to of inflated their rating by removing the 100's of horrendous reviews??? Hmmm yeah...alright???

Booked an appointment for 1130 Fri 5 May. No one turned up. Rang office several times. No answer. I was  contacted at 1250 to inform me agent was ill and rearrange for a week later. As I had a 2 hour trip to get to Derby, I was dar from impressed. Poor service, left waiting for nearly an hour and a half before someone contacted me to cancel. Guess who I wont be using again.
