Booked a taxi for 6.45. It turned up an hour early. Spoke to the driver who said no problem our mistake, I'll ring the office and get you rebooked for 6.45. At 645 no taxi. Rang them and they said they were too busy and couldn't pick us up. Wouldn't recommend.
Rang to book taxis and turned into a screaming match. Woman answered and stated it’s double time, which I get is a thing but they’re the only ones doing double time before late on New Year’s Eve. Whilst discussing the price with my partner, the woman on the phone started shouting at me and screaming nonsense, then just shouted ‘I’m cancelling it anyway so bye’

Most unreliable taxi company I've ever know. Use this company to get to my education centre because I have no other choice. They are regularly late beyond any reasonable time. This isn't being stuck in traffic for abit longer than expected, this is unacceptable. Been stood waiting for 45 minutes and it's not turned up even still. Absolutely ridiculous. Needs shutting down
20 minutes late on the outbound journey and that was the best experiece. Ordered taxi home and after 15 mins overdue i callsd to be told someone had "jumped" my cab. Told would be half hour before i could get another cab. When challenged i got hung up on. Will never use this firm again.
Absolute disgusting service! This taxi was pre booked to collect my 13 year old daughter from school and take her to an address for her tutor lesson. The driver dropped her off in some random car park and she has had to use maps on her phone to try find where she is going. I contacted the rank to express my concerns and the manager response was “what you getting snotty at me for” unprofessional, unreliable, and will never use their service again!!!
Good service and friendly drivers always use theses taxi's when needed
