Jack was great, sorted my bikes gears and alignment out. Fast turn around . Would highly recommend him. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.
Very professional service from Jack @ wheel works. Took my nukeproof pulse in for a full suspension service and wheel true after a nasty downhill crash. Jack sourced the few new parts I needed quickly and fixed everything up within a few days, bike rides like it's brand new again. Jack will be my go to mechanic from now on.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a cycle shop. Usually you are at least met with a friendly hello and even a conversation in cycle shops, but this was far from the case here. The person sat at the computer barely looked up at me as I walked in, then proceeded to not ask what I needed or any other question. Seemingly unwilling to help with a very minor request. I hope they were having a bad day, because if that's their normal attitude to customers, then God help this shop. If this were last bike shop in the world, I would probably not ride again. Thankfully, there are a few others in the area that are willing to help!
