We have got the most extensive showroom in Warwickshire, where all trade and retail customers are welcome.

Needed floor and wall tiles for bathroom and kitchen and hallway floor tiles. All staff including showroom and warehouse were professional, courteous and helpful throughout. Without hesitation, I would use again and would recommend anyone else. Excellent service. Thanks to John and his team.
Excellent tile showroom with wide range of quality tiles - includes boutique brands as well as more mainstream offerings and prices to suit all budgets. OK, so far not so different from many other places but what makes Stratford Tile Warehouse stand out is the helpful and knowledgeable staff On our visit we were able to see and handle some lovely kitchen tiles we'd seen online and speak with staff who were able to provide useful information. No sales pressure, just good advice Once we'd decided, we placed the order over the phone. They called us back once the tiles were in stock. A few tiles had been damaged in transit, so they obtained replacements before arranging delivery. John Brown even dropped them off for us on a day when he was in the area looking at another job. That's service. Highly recommended and worth travelling for.
Very good selection of tiles and well displayed. Good parking and access to showroom. Best thing was that the extremely helpful and knowledgable staff made it a pleasurable experience and not a chore.
Excellent customer service. Debbie helped us with great advice on tile selection for our kitchen walls and floor. Wide selection of tiles. The owner John ensured our all tiles came from the same batch for tile matching. Great family run company with good deals. Thank you Stratford Tiles.
The owner was so helpful with me choosing my floor to complete my whole apartment Reno. I had restriction with noise for the apartment so John was was great at explaining what was best suited to me. Debbie was really great, in assisting with colour choices. Really happy and recommend to all, no shadow of a doubt. Best service and products.

Spent several thousand to buy and have fitted a new wooden floor. Installation was a disaster. 1 Fitters were not informed of a installation date change and entered house on wrong day let in by decorator 2 Broke audio system which had not been disassembled as we did not expect them 3 Wooden floor supported was not properly finished 4 Fitter decided to use my own hoover to clear up the mess and left it full of chemical residues and other rubbish 5 Management at stratford tiles would not come to visit and see the damage caused - instead they starting send me legally worded emails to say it was their contractors who did the damage so not their fault , no record of date change for the job I went to the shop - spoke in person. Stuff can always go wrong, its how problems are resolve that counts - this was handled in a dismissive and self-serving way. Feb 2021 Its 3 years later and no reply, no apology, no attempt to remedy. Shambolic.
Great value flooring and excellent, friendly service provided by Paul and Michael. We are very happy with the outcome and will definitely use Stratford Tile in the future.
