Friendly, informed and helpful staff, really great service from looking at stock through to delivery and very good value for money. Made us feel comfortable with our purchase, provided plenty of information when we asked questions and gave us space to make our minds up without feeling pressured. Would recommend to anyone looking for a bed - frame, mattress or both.

Great experience! They listened to our preferences and were very knowledgeable on all aspects. We travelled 50 minutes on recommendation and couldn't be happier with the mattress.

The person that served me possibly the manager was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. He went above and beyond helping me to select the right mattress. He was clearly passionate and incredibly knowledgeable about mattresses and how important getting the right one is. He also encouraged me to spend as long as I needed trying them and let me get on with it. I have bought a lot of mattresses due to ongoing spinal and joint issues and have had a hell of a time choosing the right one. I have picked the wrong one before and it has profoundly affected me as anyone suffering from sleep deprivation will attest to. Hopefully I’ve made the right choice this time.

Excellent customer service. Needed a bed quickly and they obliged with next day delivery.  Delivery men delivered bed directly to the bedroom, removed the packaging and even attached my headboard.  Very pleased and will definitely shop with them again.  Thank you.

The service is amazing. I cannot praise the staff enough. They were welcoming, considerate and courteous. My husband is disabled and so I had to be particular on the type of bed he needed. I would thoroughly recommend this store

Fast efficient and friendly service OK   a little of a wait for delivery of bed but good service.

Highly recommend for everything about bedding in Stratford! The showroom is spacious, you can try every mattress before purchase. Staff are highly professional and exceptional customer service. Great thanks Peter and his teammates for his help, very nice and patience. Delivery guys were super nice and friendly too.

If I could give this more stars I would. Pete made our whole bed buying experience so easy. His knowledge and humour made choosing a bed fun. We've now got the most comfortable bed with the most amazing pillows ever. If you're looking for a new bed go here you won't regret it
