Update: Response from business below is as dishonest as the behaviour exhibited in store. Avoid. I wanted to support this small local business but unfortunately got burned and will use a corporation next time. Want your laundry done? No qualms, cheap and cheerful. Get the price up front though. I was asked if I wanted a pocket sewn up on top of my laundry and said yes, sure. When I came back I'd been charged £16 for this max 10 minutes of work. Now of course, I was an idiot for not confirming price but this is clearly a rip off and they've foolishly lost future business from it. You'd at least hope that the pocket that cost me £16 to get sewn up would be a job well done. But guess what? Less than a month later the seams just opened up again. They also charged me £14 to move two buttons on a coat.

They are so uproffesional, I called them to pick up the laundy and promised to come but they didnt show up and tried to call them but they are not picking up the call. Very bad service wouldnt recomment it

Great service with key cutting. Offer free pick-up and drop-off for laundry for a good 5 mile radius.
