I've taken 3 large bedding items and they have done a great job of cleaning, whether it required dry cleaning or wash/dry

The worst dry clean ever. He completely ruined my Canada goose winter Jacket and didn’t even apologize. He just told me that when you send it to a dry cleaner you should expect that there is a risk that it’s gonna get damaged. That’s it. So don’t send them any clothes unless you are okay with them being damaged and being told that it’s just a risk you have to take.
