Terrible and slow communication. I gave them a call as they had good reviews and have thought the service will match that. We provided all needed documents and haven’t heard back for 1.5 months even after chasing. I found another mortgage advisor which called me back the next day after supplying all documents. Don’t waste your time. Would not recommend.
Really lucky to have met these mortgage advisers. They helped me a lot with the whole process and were very efficient. They also followed my case really closely even after completion. I really appreciate their hard work. If I could give them 10 stars, I no doubt would!
