Service was friendly enough. Felt a little stiff at times e.g. asked if we booked, we said no, and then walked in without a word but I think the person serving us was just somewhat shy? She was very sweet and ended up making something not on the menu for my friend, so we were very touched by that gesture. A couple of plates weren't clean when given to us but they replaced these without fuss. Food was pleasant; had the mushroom and pumpkin pasta and it tasted quite nice, albeit a little watery, with way more mushrooms than pasta. The olive starter was tasty though and we'd all recommend that one. Flavourful and the right amount. Offered a good variety of desserts too. Main reason to eat here is simply the location to be honest.
Enjoyed the food. We went on a Wednesday and the place wasn’t that crowded. We were immediately greeted by a waiter and we’re seated with a menu. We got our order within 15 minutes. Nothing to complain.
We had a lovely birthday meal and the staff were amazing with my fussy amazingly beautiful fiancée. Thank you to the staff and my gorgeous company
The menu and food were nice, and the place has a nice decor, but the service was quite cold. No smiles for us at all, which left us feeling unwelcome
Staff are very friendly. The food is great and there is not a long waiting time. Menu has lots of vegetarian and vegan dishes.Food: 5/5
5 of us arrived a few weeks ago on a very stormy Friday night, hence 3 were late. We were all greeted by an extremely friendly and welcoming host who made us all very comfortable at our different stages of arrival. Fantastic first impressions. Wide menu to choose from and the food was fantastic and plentiful, particularly satisfying for the two big guys in our party. Highly recommended.
Had a brilliant meal here. Beautiful views, lovely decor inside with views of the marina. It is a nice walk along the marina to get to, lots of parking. Service was fabulous and orders taken promptly. Drinks and food were bought to the table quickly. The food was delicious we had a wide range of dishes between the 3 of us and all were beautifully cooked and tasty, very generous portion sizes aswell. All good value for money. Only slight downside was you couldn't use any discount vouchers in this one I.e blue light card/ tesco vouchers not sure why apart from that it was a Saturday. We sat by the window view was lovely but it did get hot and blinded by sun but that was our choice. Overall 5 star experience
We went for a family lunch and was greeted by the friendliest host. We ordered a lot we were hungry and thirsty, our starter was delicious. My husband and sons mains were served and I was given my side of a mixed salad, and ordered the lobster and crab ravioli. I was left waiting for my main and had to ask two servers for the dish. It arrived swimming in oil and the pasta was raw. The pizzas were glorious and I'm a little bit annoyed that we were happy to have drinks and dessert but after that we decided to go elsewhere!
Sorry to say: mass-production and nearly no emotion. In other word: the food not realy bad, but on the other hand also nothing special. The interior doesn't gave us a Italian feeling, and the service and presentation of the dishes has been nearly without emotions. Vegetarian options: yes they have vegie dishes, but as I mentioned before, nothing special.
I have to say that this was properly one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant, i took my girlfriend for a nice valentines meal at this restaurant thinking the food looks good but the prices for what it was is disgusting and I could of got a better meal from the co-op the service was very poor the food timing was not great as it took at least 20 minutes to Evan get a drink we did not stay for the rest of the meal, did not feel welcomed in this restaurant the managers seemed to be in a mood no smiles from staff so I will not recommend this restaurant for a meal. Very disappointing and dissatisfied
