The receptionists are lovely - especially Becky but the test of the place is a shambles. If youre healthy you’ll be fine but if you have complex needs dont bother! From doctors who don't bother reading your notes to district nurses who wont visit unless you’re practically dead - I've had terrible experiences.
I went here with the intention of getting a PTSD diagnosed. However, all the GP did was block access to services.nEven after I contacted them and spoke to them about this - I still got no help.nEven when I filed a most serious complaint of Abuse regarding the lack of help they chose to do nothing about it.nI could not be more disgusted at what passes for service here :
Terrible practice with too many poor and shocking experiences to list here. The most serious - missed my wife's melanoma, despite 3 visits to have a very sizable mole checked that had displayed significant changes over a short period. We registered with a new practice who picked it up straight away, my wife has now been diagnosed with stage 1B melanoma which should have been picked up over 18 months ago!!!
Always helpful on the telephone and true testament for the values of our NHS stands for. The staff are brilliant face to face too and the Doctors are quick to see all patients upon request.nnReally value this Doctors Surgery and the staff members that run it
Awful experience - was totally dismissed by their condescending rude gp, made to feel like I was wasting their time - she spent most of the appointment telling me about her own sleep problems. Disgraceful
