I can't fault this surgery at all. Always given us the best care even through a difficult and trying Pandemic. Receptionists have always been lovely and polite and the drs have been quick to respond. Finding the new system very efficient and when there has been a need for a face to face appointment, it's been given.Feel very lucky to be a patient here.
Appalling! Receptionists are rude and utterly unhelpful, drs not much better and even if you do ask my gp they never come back to you same day. Howl anyone who uses this surgery is still alive is a miracle! The touch screen check in never works and the reception are arsey if you try and check in at windows the drs are equally as useless forgetting to send prescriptions out so you go and collect t only to find it isn't there, then another day goes by before you can get it
At one point they had several very good doctors. Good Nurse Practitioners, can't fault them. Desperately needs proper funding and an influx of support staff. The current staff are heavily overworked and perhaps don't have the time to operate properly. I'm reluctant to suggest it's lack of skill, but it's a vocational job and they could be doing it much better. The one doctor who I will still see there might not the best one in terms of skill, I'm not saying he isn't, but at least he makes the effort to be polite and has a bash at trying to solve the problem. That's what a proper doctor does, even if they don't get it right all the time
literally have never been spoken to so rudely by a receptionist in my life, made to feel like i was an inconvenience not to mention the constant referring to me as a woman despite the appointments literally being made for testosterone injections. not a trans friendly service at all, and the receptionists seem to want as little contact with patients as possible
I cannot fault the genuine, personal & friendly attitude of the staff in their respective jobs. The expertise, & the willingness to go above & beyond, as well as a willingness to seek out more expertise when necessary is reassuring. Wish it was better funded so could have more doctors & more services available on sight.
Easy booking, responded rapidly to online request and terrific staff, as always.
Complete joke, having to go to hospital to get seen by a doctor that can actually diagnose an illness!
