I am so thrilled with the stove and service from Charlie and the guys. They were so lovely throughout all communications and as a busy working mum I found it so helpful that they were happy to quote via email and pictures and I didn’t need to set aside hours of time for a long visit as with some companies. The stove looks great and they went above and beyond to ensure it was finished to a super standard and arranged some brilliant plastering too. They were so lovely to have around the house and I honestly cannot fault them. They even put the stove in two weeks earlier than planned which was a wonderful surprise. Thank you Charlie and team we would recommend you to anyone!
I purchased 2 multifuel stoves from this company, fully fitted. The first stove fitted I've no issues with. The second was fitted on top of the carpet, despite me telling them to cut away as much as they needed to as the carpet was being replaced once the stove was fitted and room subsequently decorated. After they left I discovered that the hearth was fitted on top of the carpet. I telephoned and spoke with Charlie junior who was very defensive and said this was usual practice and just to cut round it. I was concerned about the stability of the hearth and asked him to find out how much of the hearth was on top of the carpet. Charlie junior didn't get back to me. I started cutting round the carpet today and the excess under the hearth started to come away, about 2-3inches, next thing there's a big crack right across the hearth. I contacted the owner, Charlie senior. He basically laughed at me and told me its my own fault, to which i hung up the phone. The hearth is floating on nothing bet fresh air for at least 6 inches all the way round it, the gap underneath is 1.5cm and the carpet which was underneath the edges was only 1cm. Extremely poor service, I wouldn't recommend using this company. Additionally at the time of purchasing both stoves Charlie senior agreed to sell us 20 bags of anthracite ovals and deliver them to us. After phoning several times to try and arrange delivery of the ovals we were told they were too busy so we had to go elsewhere. Really poor service all round.
Called to ask when they could install the stove. Was told November. Submitted a request for a quote and submitted the information I was asked for. Chased and was ignored. Chased again and was told I didn't submit a picture which I had. Then just got an email asking if Jan was suitable. They have completely wasted my time. If I had had my quote in a timely manner and hadn't been ignored then I should be getting my stove installed November. Not impressed and will be going elsewhere. If I'm trying to give you 3k ish, then act like you want the job.
Really happy with the stove and the service. Can only recommend them if you are thinking of getting a stove. Nice guys who worked really hard, came exactly when they said they would and got everything done in 2 days with no fuss or hassle!

Absolutely delighted with my new Termatech TT20 stove installed yesterday by the team at Stove Scotland. From initial enquiries with Charlie, it was clear to me that this family run firm had extensive knowledge and experience of the industry. Honest clear advice from the get go. The lads who installed the stove were very pleasant, efficient and did a fantastic job in a couple of hours. Giving clear instruction and guidance on how to use the stove. it was thoroughly tested after installation to ensure all was ok. We are delighted that our kitchen extension is now cosy and warm. The dog has a new favourite place to lie down now. Well done Stove Scotland a great job and I would recommend Charlie and his team to anyone who is interested in getting a stove installed.
We are absolutely delighted with our new multi-fuel stove, supplied on time and fitted in a day. We were very impressed with everyone from Stove Scotland, from Charlie explaining the types of fire available to us, to the lads fitting the fire. It comfortably heats 5 rooms in our house, looks good and we've not had to put our radiators on since fitting. Thoroughly recommended.
Recommended! I had been trying to get a wood burner installed for about 6 months and experienced shops coming out for surveys and then not quoting. Quoting but then no follow up regardless of attempts to contact them!. I could go on. I phoned Stove Scotland and they were a breath of fresh air. I followed my phone call up with a visit and a thorough chat about proposed work and options. They did not see a need to do a site survey which I didn't seem bothered about as previous site surveys had been fruitless. Additionally, they informed me that they were builders and when compared to stove installation, this builds ones confidence. They gave me a fair and competitive quote when compared to others in the central belt of Scotland. I went ahead with the work and as good as their word, the work was carried out as promised and detailed in the quote. We requested an extra of slate to line the chamber for the wood burner to be mounted and Stove Scotland did such a great job to discuss details, overcome issues and achieve our vision. Our installation was fairly straight forward but it was not without details requiring consideration. We did order a log store which the wood burner is designed to sit on. However, we couldn't use it as the opening turned out to be smaller than had been anticipated once uncovered. I requested this be returned. The owner informed me that sending stuff back is almost impossible and often at a great cost. Another factor to consider if you are looking to install a stove. If you are looking into optional extras, really be sure you can use them. That said, these guys will accommodate your situation whatever that may be. My advice to anyone is do your homework before committing to an installation. Most stove companies can give you advise but everyone has preferences. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking to install a stove. Many thanks from another happy customer :-
Have just had my new fire stove fitted Staff were very helpful in the decision making around what would suit best for me and my family. Overall very pleased with the service, staff were most welcoming and have done an amazing job fitting my fire. Would highly recommend.
Great service, guys spent 2 days installing our log burner and went through how to use it step by step with me. Stove running brilliantly.
