Rhian Thomas at Storrar Cowdry has to be one of the best solicitors there is! Certainly far exceeds any solicitor we have used to date. She is incredibly responsive, patient, has great integrity and goes the extra mile at every step of the way. Her attention to detail meant that she spotted something in the deeds of the first property we were looking at that turned out to be absolutely critical and we decided not to go ahead. Rhian redoubled her efforts with the second house and we actually managed to exchange and complete in record time. An outstanding service.

Extremely positive experience from Storrar Cowdry. Rhian is an absolute gem. She was very knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process and made the purchase run as smoothly as possible. In particular, Rhian was great at ensuring the vendor's solicitors weren't able to delay things! She went above and beyond the help us secure our property and we would recommend her to anyone.
Gill supported us with carrying out the probate of my mother's estate. From the very beginning, she was very clear on the process, her role in it and the costs involved. Communication was excellent throughout with regular updates at each step of the process. I would highly recommend her for her professionalism and support during what can be a very difficult time.

Upon buying my first house I did not know what to expect and was inexperienced in the field. In a word, incompetent. I had arranged with my solicitors to exchange on a property today and this had been agreed with Storrar Cowdry. I find out that Jane at Storrar Cowdry is on leave today and had not left the file with anyone. Her assistant does not have authority for the exchange. This has been put back to Monday. Disaster and will cost me money in storage.
I have used Craig Wright's services when purchasing my first house. I was really pleased and can't recommend Craig highly enough - he was really helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. As a first time buyer I was nervous, but Craig was always clear and responded to my emails quickly, so I felt assured. When he was not in the office, his assistant Janice was there to help. The whole process took 10 weeks from when my offer was accepted to when I received the keys to my new home. The price I paid for Craig's services was really competitive - I feel it was a good value for money. Highly recommended!
I have used Rhian for conveyancing a couple of times in the last 12 months.....she is utterly focused on getting things done for her client. Pragmatic, responsive and always tuned in and up to date. Best solicitor I have ever used in my many years of buying/selling. It’s too important a process to place in the hands of the wrong people. I would highly recommend Rhian and her team at Storrar Cowdry!
