One of my close associates went for advise w.r.t. property transactions. They are not very clued up on property conveyancing. They are okay if you have a motoring offense to represent in court or any other minor offense for what matter. Yet, they fail to satisfy in any matter that is complex and thorough in nature. I would highly advise against using their services and avoid them if you have a significant transaction in relation to properties and if you do so you may be facing a considerable amount of loss, in future.

Having been recommended to Cross Solicitors by my mortgage advisor, Ben Roberts at Keystone (who also have a review if this nature) to help with us buying our first home, I could not be any happier! Everything was made easy for us to complete, as we had no idea how things are supposed to proceed in a home buying process! 
Byron kept us fully informed along the way, and after an unfortunate event in the last couple of weeks at our private rented accommodation, leaving us without a home, he pushed through our completion much sooner than anticipated by persisting to contact the sellers solicitors! 
A* service, I would strongly recommend Cross Solicitors, and I will be using Byron for any further legal needs in future!
