They got good options for whatever size one needs. You get the secure pin for the main door plus a combination lock for your shelf. The reception staff was helpful and quick to complete my booking.

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. The entire process was easy and quick . My only criticism is that the quality of the boxes aren't good. I wouldn't recommend buying them from here . But other than that ; this place is great

I stored my belongings in this space for one year, and it was absolutely pleasant experience. The staff is extremely professional and helpful, and they take time to understand the requirements of the client. Even after not visiting my locker for one year, the storage is in excellent condition even after getting it back. I would recommend this to anyone. Really good experience!

Bought some packaging boxes here and they're some of the weakest boxes I've ever bought. They're just stapled on the one side, and could not even gold items they were labelled for, such as books, stationery and keyboards. We ended up returning many boxes but a few were refused because they apparently had been touched with sellotape even though the boxes were in good shape. Had to buy boxes from a local removal company, which were much stronger. So in the end we ended using their storage too.

Been returning here for 3 years now and they've never let me down. Cheap storage, quick and efficient access, and the friendliest staff. Couldn't recommend more!

I cannot recommend Big Yellow enough! The staff Nathan, Sian, Marcus and the team will always welcome you with a smile and are really friendly, helpful and always on hand to solve problems. It has been very easy to increase our storage to suit our needs - and have even set up an office space there. Everywhere is clean, safe and secure. Great location wise for our business too - right by the train station and heart of the city. Deliveries and collections are easy and simple and the staff are there on hand to aid with that too.

Fantastic facility - everything is clean, secure and easy to follow. The staff are friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others or use their services again if needed in the future. This was my first time using a storage facility and I'm grateful they're still running during the COVID-19 pandemic. Social distancing is practised between staff and clients with chairs as barriers in reception and common sense everywhere else! and the environment is clear and well-ventilated. The rooms are well-lit and security is tight. It was easy to check-in online so most things were covered before signing in at reception. Defo worth using and I wish you all the best!

Great experience with the staff at Penarth Road store. Have been easy to contact and quick response to queries and very helpful when I went to look around before starting to store items. Would definitely recommend to others and use again. Didn't check prices elsewhere but I thought the rates were reasonable.

I have been renting the office space at the Big Yellow Flexi Offices for over two years now, and it has been the best move I have made for my business. The flexible agreement had allowed me to scale up and down when I needed giving me the peace of mind knowing I was not stuck in a lengthy contract. The location is extremely close to the city centre and central station which has made it much easier for us to recruit excellent staff. The management team is fantastic too, and I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for office space.
