Masons Moving Group Ltd

I have used Masons many times now for both removals and their storage facility. Always found Richard and Brett amiable and efficient. The staff are always respectful and helpful. Our latest move was quite a big one. 2 days to pack up and move. While loading our belongings into the new house more staff turned up from a job they had just completed and we had 9 staff helping us move in! Highly recommend Masons.

We recently used Masons for the 3rd time and as previously the guys were exceptional. This time it was to move my Mother in Law out of the home she has lived in for over 30 years into a retirement complex and the 2 men were so friendly and understanding with her, she is 80, and even sat down with her in the new property for a chat and wished her well. A very professional company and all the staff I have come in to contact with have been a credit to them. Thoroughly recommend Masons to anyone planning a move. Thank you.

Great service, very friendly staff and helpful in all ways . Had the contents of my home placed in storage for nearly 18 months. Pick -up was quick and very efficient as was the return to my new home. Would recommend Masons every time.

We have used Masons - and wouldn't dream of using anyone else! - on several occasions. In our experience, they have always been extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Our latest move involved taking all our possessions into store as we moved out of our old home before moving into our new one. On both occasions the removal crews were great and we didn't have to worry about anything as they all knew exactly what they were doing. Pricing for the job was also very competitive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to others.

Mason's were both courteous and very patient. My husband, who is after a stroke and found the move rather bewildering, had countless pots and plants he wanted to take from the 'old' garden and kept changing his mind what to take and what to leave. The people in the office took all this in their stride. On the day of the removal, the lads who came were amazing. They packed us up, efficiently, pots and plants included. We were delayed by the completion and transfer of money and I was concerned as to how we shall find our new home. I need not have worried. The beds had been reassembled, in the correct rooms, and the boxes left in the lounge which meant that we could unpack fairly quickly the following day. There was only one casualty - a wine glass. Arranging storage facilities, for things my husband could not part with, could not have been easier either.
