We have been storing our items for 6 years. During that time we have moved from a large storage unit to a smaller one as we did not need the extra space.  The employees make it so easy to do this and helped with the new positioning, which was not far from the lift.  The storage area is very well monitored and security is paramount. Russell has been a gem and always provided quick responses to emails and any questions I had. If you are there for a while you can even get a cup of coffee.Would use them again if the need for storage was necessary.

Have had unit for 14 months now and on our last visit we asked to change unit from upstairs to down. The staff were brilliant, found the cheapest unit for us in the size required and made up boxes for us, as some of our ones didn't survive the move. The whole site is very secure and opening hours are good.

I'm using StorageMart for temporary storage during my house move. Very happy with the friendly & helpful staff. Facility is secure and easy to get to (not far from the new NDR) and there's a big storage bay to drive in with lots of trolleys.

Slightly confusing pricing system, seems a bit cheap and cheerful to me. Although I suppose you get what you pay for. Not pushy for my liking too.

I have dealt with Russell and Aaron for 4 years finding their service to be very professional and extremely helpful. The services offered by Storagemart are comprehensive and very flexible especially the new access times.
