I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful at all times. The facility is clean, well lit in public areas and easy to use while still maintaining a good level of security. I am a relatively new user but very happy with the service so far. The only factor I feel needs improving is the current lack of toilet provision outside of office opening hours but within the access times to the storage facility. The building’s location means there are no other public toilet facilities in the area.

Dealing with all our "stuff" when moving abroad for a year could have been stressful, but the guys at Storagemart totally saved us any hassle and actually were always an uplifting part of the process! They were really helpful every time we came in to drop stuff off, and pick it up at when we returned. Any queries over email were responded to immediately with care and attentiveness. Thanks guys!

Really great staff - very helpful and always with a smile. Simon is great; professional and friendly. The location is a little further from the centre than I'd hoped for but when I visited the service was so good that it outweighed location. The price of these storage centres is always higher than you expect based on their ads, but this one seems fair. It will be even better once the after hours access is initiated.

Moving house was made so much simpler by the ease of StorageMart. Friendly and very professional staff, who return calls so promptly of unanswered. Unit was ready for us upon arrival, clean and dry. Can't recommend high enough!
