We shopped around and Storage King Oxford was by far the best in terms of price, friendliness and ability to accommodate us for long or short term (we didn't quite know how long we needed storage for). Our things felt secure, yet easily accessible and their pricing structure was clear and up-front without hidden extras. We only used them for a month (we had our own padlock) so costs were kept right down. With a quick, easy email we notified them 2 weeks in advance of moving out. When they sent us an automated bill for the second month a quick phone call sorted this out with little hassle. Good customer service!! Much better than the big, yellow coloured storage people who were vastly more expensive with hidden costs!

The staff were amazing and very helpful! A cheerful upbeat welcome, even though it was freezing outside (literally). I was treated with respect and not judged or hurried when being indecisive about which size storage to finally rent. Simon and Beth provided an excellent service and gave me some sound advice and as a new customer I was very satisfied and I will recommend this branch to all.

I wanted to write a review because Storage King was very helpful when I moved and could not call to pay every month. Their staff is friendly and accommodating. Last they did not tear my wallet apart. Highly Recommend!

Excellent facility - 24 hour access, clean & very secure. Staff extremely helpful, knowledgeable & professional. A real bonus in Oxford is the ability to park a car while loading/unloading. The costs represent amazing value for money

Was recommended by a friend as needed somewhere to store stuff whilst moving. Very friendly staff. Decent prices. I can’t complain!
