Excellent professional service. Very high quality custom built fireplace installed exactly as quoted. Very quick response and very obvious Martin and his team know everything there is to know about fireplaces. Very pleased to use local stone and local trades. Highly recommended.

Professional but but cheap. Managed to save over 30% by shopping elsewhere for the same kit. I came to realize pretty fast that woodburner installation and kit are a rip off and all the associated businesses will charge you as much as they can get away with. Just like Boat chandlers. My advice is to shop around. Its not rocket science, its just a simple woodburner !

We're really happy with the service Stoneways provided and would happily recommend them. Martin gave us ideas on what stove to have and how we could decorate it. It looks fantastic. Unfortunately our chimney wasn't as straightforward as we would have liked it! So fitting the flue proved a challenge but Martin and Mark found a solution and I have to say Mark worked incredibly hard to get the job finished. We'll definitely be recommending you to family and friends and we'll be in touch next year for our service 😁

We are are so pleased with our new log burning stove fitted last week by the Stoneway's team. During his initial visit Martin took time to survey our existing fireplace and help us choose the most suitable stove. His knowledge and experience were very obvious. Mark took pride in the quality of his work and made every effort to minimalise the disruption and mess to the rest of the house during fitting. We felt fully informed throughout the process and would very happily recommend them.
