Brilliant service and stress free. I made my appointment for a Sunday and within a few days I had found the car I wanted, agreed a deal and was able to part exchange my old car and pick up my new one on the same day. The whole process was very streamline and made stress free. Adam from the sales department did a brilliant job and took care of everything for me, making the experience easy and very quick. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and took care to make sure the deal was right for me. Look out for Adam if you are wanting to buy your next vehicle from here! Collected my new 2024 Kona 1.6 Petrol/Hybrid Ultimate from Hyundai Chesterfield on 12/01/24. Vehicle arrived earlier than predicted but the handover was made easy thanks to Adam C. ensuring all the administration was fulfilled & the vehicle presented in a shiny, sparkling condition on the day. Adam took time to show me the various controls & functions as it’s been a while since I last drove an automatic transmission vehicle. Looking forward now to some happy motoring! Collected our beautiful Hyundai Tucson on 21 Mar 24 from Adam Chapman our Sales Executive at Hyundai Chesterfield. I want to extend my sincere thanks for the professionalism and service we received from Adam From the initial meeting with Adam, to the handover has been an enjoyable and stress-free experience. Finalising the deal was a breeze. Adam was transparent and honest, he walked through every step, ensuring we understood the terms and making sure we were happy with the purchase. The car was pristine upon collection, Adam explained clearly and concisely all the functions that car offered - which is a lot! I cant recommend Adam and Dave from this dealership enough. They’ve not only provided me with a fantastic vehicle but also an experience that was genuinely delightful. If you’re in the market for a new car, this is the place to go!
Joel and the team helped us greatly in sorting a car that suited us even though the original car we wanted had just been sold not to be sniffed at - lots of places would just say sorry, its gone and leave you to look elsewhere for yourself and helped us as much as they could with our needs since we were coming so far. Highly recommended, would not hesitate to use Stoneacre again.
Bought our 2nd new car from Hyundai today and can't recommend them enough! The service from start to finish has been top notch. Adam, our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the Santa Fe we were buying and got us a fair price for our trade in and a deal we were happy to accept on the new car. Communication was excellent from the finance team as well as Adam, with collection arranged within the week. On pick up day, Adam went over everything in the car with us thoroughly before we set off. Really thrilled with our new car and the service we've received at Stoneacre. Thank-you!
Just picked up a new car and our sales person was Adam. Very pleased with the service we received. Adam kept us updated regularly on the progress of our vehicle and on the day of handover went through all the operations the car was able to carry out. Would thoroughly recommend both him and the Stoneacre garage.
Customer Service from Sheridan was absolutely fantastic she understands my requests and always delivers. I have got an issue with how much I was charged for a problem that keeps happening with my car. It’s only done 11k miles and this is the 3rd time it’s been in and now they are charging £120 Fuming. Sheridan was really apologetic and embarrassed.
Today's experience from arrival, chatting through options, discussing availability & negotiating a deal has been a pleasure. Joel was helping without being pushy, and I will be driving away with my car in a couple of days. Thanks for making it simple & easy Joel. You're a star!
Absolutely fantastic customer service received recently while buying my Hyundai Ioniq, Billy was very helpful as were all the other staff involved in the transaction. Particularly liked the check in afterwards by Billy made me feel very reassured that they would be on hand should I have been unhappy with the car in anyway. Will definitely be returning if I choose to change the car in the future.
I had the pleasure recently of making an enquiry at Stoneacre Hyundai & had dealings with Daniel Clarke. Daniel was top class. Very patient, understanding & approachable - in fact a credit to the car sales profession. Due to a niggly issue with the design of the car, which isn't Daniels fault - I have decided not to buy the vehicle - but the service behind the potential deal was superb.
