Fantastic company to deal with! Took my VW UP GTI to be tuned and what a difference it made Completely understood what I was after and very accommodating to my needs Highly recommended
Booked in for a stage 2 remap on an S4, amongst other engine work recommended by JBS. They failed to dyno the car as their dyno is broken, wasn’t aware of this at the time of booking in and collecting the car. Went back on the same day as it run bad from the offset, which is when I was told about the dyno. Informed after the remap that it was possibly the spark plugs causing the issuehow this wasn’t picked up during the remap process I don’t know!, they were replaced. Still ran rubbish and contacted them again, all within warranty period. Told on the phone remap needed redoing and told to bring back in a few weeks when the “rollers” were working. Agreed a date for car to be bought in. Car then broke down and originally told it was belts JBS had replaced all the belts previously then told it was the crank shaft that had seized. When I collected the car they have placed another reason for the engine failure, neither of which is the first two listed. An engineer from another company stated that the remap caused the damage to the car as the car was not remapped correctly and was likely to have overfueled, causing the damage. JBS offered a refund of the remap which was refused as we are now in the process of taking them to court to recover the repair costs for the damage caused by their incomplete and inferior work.
Had a great experience here having my Up GTI remapped. Before I even attended, Richard was fantastic over email in explaining everything, discussing other work on the car, advising on prices. Really quick replies. Car made great gains with their Stage 1 custom software and I couldn't be happier. Thank you.
Pros, sounds epic when the cars at full chap, cons, will only deal with German cars. Your also unable to actually watch the car as they don't have a viewing area. Other than that the member of staff who did this run for us was very helpful, friendly, and professional.

Don't buy any spare parts from this company. My son bought a turbo, paid to have it fitted and it blew within two days after doing 12 miles too and from work. It cost him over £1000 and this company fobbed him off. Basically they've taken a turbo off a hammered engine and sold it on. They refuse to take responsibility for this. There are alot of far better auto companies out there that are far better equipped that don't have to take advantage of customers too make a quick buck. The car world is relatively small and the wordis now being passed about this shady companies dealings.Nice reply it doesn't exain you had no back up paperwork that this turbo had been reconditioned and it should not have gone within 12 miles of driving. As I stated and stick by your crooks and the car world is a small place when you know people. Let's hope this has paid off for you taking the lads honest hard earned money in good faith. Personally I don't know how you sleep at night , you know the truth shame on you.
They re mapped my Skoda VRS and were very professional and produced the expected results. And will have them to map my Golf GTi again. Great professionals
Went to jbs for a stage 2 remap on my seat Ibiza fr 1.2tsi and these blokes are amazing they know these engines like the back of there hand they are ridiculously good at what they do I had about a million questions and they all got happily answered, the guys where so lovely, the fact they map on rolling roads is great, but how you get to see the graphs of the change and bhp and how you can hear it and see the last run it’s just amazing these people are brilliant I recommend them so so highly!!!
Great experience start to finish. Richard answered all queries with informative answers from first contact to handover. Workshop lads carried out high quality work which vastly improved the performance on my little VW UP GTI. Thanks all
