I went to this salon on recommendations and reviews, and I am shocked about un helpful and un friendly they were. I would pay £200 if I knew I was going to look and feel great after a treatment. So money is no object to me, I travelled a long way to come here on my 1st visit to be told I needed a colour test before I could have any treatments, why was this not mentioned when I called previously ? they couldn't get rid of me quick enough to book me in another day. I gave it a second chance my mistake I was booked in for 9am on the Thursday then phoned to say it was 9.30 then got a tex saying it was 10 ??? Had to call up again, the signs were telling me not to go but I really wanted to try it and needed my hair doing. When I came back i was told that she had taken part of my hair and tested it and they were not happy to go ahead and do the treatment lol firstly I did not no they did this secondly I've driven down the second time to be told I could not have what I wanted ! I have me going to salons for 15 years and have never had this much trouble. They didn't offer to take my coat and she didn't even speak to me at all until she was finishing off my hair. I work in the public sector and this was a shocking experience, I will be shareing my concerns with others and will certainly not recommend. Extremely disappointed.

Have been using this hairdressers for years after trying many in Canterbury. Can highly recommend. All the hairdressers highly trained, all very nice staff. Comfortable and relaxing experience, especially for us hard to please ladies.

Love this place, the staff are always so cheerful. Fantastic cut and colour by Jess, thoroughly recommend!

Best and most affordable hairdressers in canterbury, been getting my hair cut here for years and have never had a bad experience. Elle is the best!
