There is no way you can exit in 20 minutes. The machine asks 36£ instead of 6.5£ went to pay because it was too busy to be able to exit in 20 minutes and was faced with this...

Awful, both barriers not working. Queuing for over an hour and the call centre person connected and was so unhelpful it’s a joke. Then the call function completely stopped on the machines leaving a queue of 50 cars queuing to get out. An absolute joke!

Gridlocked and a total mess, taxis going the wrong way down one ways because it’s so busy, unable to get a ticket as they left all barriers open due to how busy it was, even though I was parking for a long stay. The roadworks, and poor design makes this car park useless.

Car park itself is fine, however persistent roadworks and n the surrounding roads mean it takes a long time to get in and out. Have missed a train waiting 20 mins to get to the car park this week

Brilliant for drop-off - loads of space, not rushed, even though there is a time limit. Free for 20 minutes, I think.
