Stoke-on-Trent Railway Station is a typical Victorian station. Operated by Virgin Trains, the station is clean and friendly. The First Class Lounge is, well, first class. There is parking at the station, and there is disabled access. A lift can take you to the central platforms or there are stairs if you prefer. There is a café too, so you can grab a coffee to keep you warm on a cold day and a heated waiting area. Friendly staff are always on hand to help.

Great train station in good condition that really shows off its Victorian architecture with high roof top decorations and white stone pillars. It’s efficiently ran with quick access from entrance to all platforms, A review separate from the train station would be the trains punctuality which has been shockingly bad over the last couple of months with most trains I’ve taken being late and more than a couple being 30 minutes+ late on the Stoke-on-Trent to Manchester Piccadilly line around - 2PM to 7PM.

Clean platforms, warm and comfortable waiting room, cash machine available, few coffee shops. Helpful staff. Taxi stand out side station.

Friendly ticketing and platform staff. Clean facilities and a couple of coffee shops as well as a first class lounge. It's not uncommon to see some football celebrity as well as entertainment celebrity and the occasional Royalty at Stoke station.
