Lovely small coffee shop, nice decor, staff and great they have gluten free options, homemade tasty food. Will definitely go back my only complaint is that it isn't a bit bigger which can't be helped. Great for working if it's not too busy. Seems to be a real community hub
Stockwells is a really cool place to visit, it’s quite small but this gives it the advantage of being cosy. The coffee is really good and there is a wide variety of drinks on the menu. We have not eaten there yet but all of the cakes look amazing and I’m tempted to get one every time. They also do events, I went to see some amazing live music there a few years back, the venue is spot on for music, their cocktails and wine are also very good. Highly recommended.
Second time visiting and today I discovered their amazing smoothie bowls! Lovely oat milk hot chocolate as well. Staff were very friendly and the café is always busy. Small but varied menu, with daily specials, catering for different dietary requirements and tasty toasties! Great pit stop for light bites and lovely cakes
Amazing atmosphere, beautiful food, very good price! The milkshakes and smoothies looked amazing will definitely try next time. Also the cakes looked amazing will have next time. Definitely recommend!
Really nice place to have a cuppa, cake or lunch. First time we have been as new to the area so we were exploring cafes - we were not disappointed. Nice range of cakes and they do healthy option smoothies which is a good idea and unique. The music was a little loud for a Saturday but people there were chatting away with friends and family as we were so it didn't impede too much. Will go back thats for sure.
We visited for breakfast. Really nice food. It's expensive, although everything seems to be nowadays. Not somewhere we would be able to visit regularly as a family, but occasionally we will pop in. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Nice little touches such as the free buck's fizz, plus we also got to sample the charcoal latte which was nice.
Lovely cafe with some delicious food and drink options. I had a cheese and marmite toastie. Yummy! Nicely presented. It was super busy but the atmosphere was nice. Very happy. Have veggie and vegan options too. Nice selection of cakes.Food: 4/5
A very pleasant cafe with plenty of character and first class service.
Pleased to see the pancakes are back on the menu! Just a shame food and drink delivery not coordinated. Last two times finished food before coffee arrived. Had to go and ask for it.
First visit here and very pleasant too. Was tempted by Posie behind the counter to try the cheese, jalapeño and chorizo toastie as she recommended it which was very tasty. Nice surroundings too to eat in and clean which is always a plus along with pleasant smiling staff . Definitely visit again. Vegetarian options: Various vegetarian plates available.
