Excellent website and a truly positive experience. After looking everywhere for a reasonably priced Nintendo Switch, I came across this site. It was delivered the next day and in great condition. It’s second hand but with warranty and for a great price. Highly recommended.
I had a small problem with my original purchase as a part was missing, this was immediately rectified and the part was sent the same day. Unfortunately the controller has broken 7 months later but the item was sent back and I received an immediate refund and also the offer to pay for the part if I wanted to mend it myself as the controller is no longer available. Absolutely brilliant customer service, I would definitely order from here again.
Ordered refurbished drawing tablet for my daughter's birthday, it arrived not working so I had to send if back to get a replacement, on the website they claim their turnover time for exchanges is 72 hours, however they have received my tablet over a week now and am still waiting for a replacement. My daughter's birthday is on Saturday and I now worry her present will not come in time
DO NOT BUY! I have been emailing this company since August about a PlayStation that hasn't been connecting up to controller's while it was still under the years warranty. Emailed the info email, emailed the enquiry email, emailed the representative "Pat" no response at all. My little girl can't play with it . Tried calling to be on hold for nearly an hour to now trying and the phone lines are down. I am so upset by this. Just not the service you expect to receive, they may have been good once... But not so helpful now.
Ordered hp pc order #76263418 I received late with no power supply… called and asked for the power supply they said they will send next day delivery…. Failed to do so … called next day they said same again …. They never did …. Called third day they said they will check the status and will call me back… lies again …. Refund too much longer than expected and incorrect amount refunded but since a was only 2 pound difference I decided to leave it since the staff have no idea what they are doing. Asked about the incorrect refund amount and got a reply about VAT... But still the wrong amount! Avoid buying here if you can...
Bought a iPhone 12 reconditioned it was supposed to be excellent condition but turn up with a mark on the front screen, this was returned to them 12 days ago and was told a new one would be sent to me, this was on Thursday 15th December and arrive on 17th December no phone arrived so I contacted them on the Monday 19th December to ask why my delivery hadn’t arrived and was told it was on its way and I would get it on Tuesday 20th December, that evening I received a email telling me DPD had my parcel but couldn’t deliver this until after Xmas, so now because of the incompetence and the lies my son will now wake up Xmas morning without his Xmas present, I would not personally recommend you purchase from this company and spend that little bit extra to save all the stress and lies
Ordered dying light for N-switch. Saturday tea time. Arrived Tuesday morning, just after 9am via apc courier. Fast, up to date delivery service. Game was in the January sales, saving me £10-£15 from rrp. Glad i found this website. 5* Thank you!
I bought a DAB radio from this site which was meant to come with a mains power cable. When I opened the box it didn't come with a mains power cable. I emailed the company and they said it would be sent urgently. After about 10 day after it hadn't arrived I emailed again and was once again informed that is would be sent out urgently. Well it never arrived. I then phoned them and was told how sorry they were and it will be sent out urgently. Guess what I am still waiting and have a useless radio. Do not use this site.
Words could not describe how happy I am with my purchase of a Sony SEL55210 lens, I was apprehensive of getting such an item as “second hand” but when it turned up literally the next day may I just add it was packaged In the original box and looked better than immaculate, not a single mark on it. If you didn’t know you’d say it was brand new… Very happy A****
