Have used Burntwood Computer Centre a number of times, staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. There works is always fantastic. Would highly recommended for any computer needs
Delighted with the advice given and service provided with regards to my terminally slowing down home computer. After a speedy 24 hrs assessment my options were clearly explained. I ended up with a refurbished secondhand replacement at relatively low cost, but performing great and fast! Will go back there again if needed!
Went to have my laptop repaired I am now writing this review on that very laptop. The staff are amazing aswell!
Great service today! I had a faulty USB stick that started working when I took it into the shop. I felt confident that if there had been a problem, they would fix it. Excellent communication when I emailed them and brilliant customer service face-to-face. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks so much.
Our I Mac recently had a 'hissy fit',,, after phoning first, we took it to the guys to look at,,,, they kept it for a few days, keeping us updated on the progress regularly, and it was all sorted out. We would definitely recommend them, and also use them again ourselves, if needed,, hopefully not soon

Excellent service. The staff's expertise was superb. Everything was explained really well, particularly as I am a layman when it comes to workings of computers. I would very definitely recommend Burntwood Computer Centre.
Friendly, clear non-technical style, good comms - and did what they did, when they said they would do it, at the price they advised in advance. All good. Thanks. Second time we used them, they worked long&hard to fix a stubborn Windows10 update problem, but pleasingly they again only charged the price advised in advance. However, although the in-store experience was again good, response from their 'support' email line has been less good when dealing with resulting queries.
Excellent, prompt service. Called in with a issue with my e-mails and it was resolved quickly. Highly recommended.
Had a faulty screen on my son's laptop, arranged a drop off at the shop, very professional and covid secure. Great communication on the diagnosis of the fault. Very fast and great priced repair
