I leant back on a metal fitting and snagged a hole in the shoulder of a jacket. Not an expensive jacket but a favourite. Material panel replaced and stitched up perfectly. I am absolutely delighted with result
AVOID!!! I gave my suit for a dry clean with some food spill stain. There is no difference after a dry cleaning and in fact they have made it more worst spreading the stain bigger than before. They ruined my jacket and the lady was rudely responding that we can't do anything much and ask me to try it somewhere else and she took the money. Worst service here.
Incredibly helpful staff, nothing is too much. Great service. I can highly recommend them to anyone wanting any alterations carried out to their clothing.

Bluntly interrupted me and said "it'd be impossible" in a rude manner when I popped into the store, inquiring about removing embroidery from a jacket. Went home and managed to do it myself with no issues.
This establishment has consistently provided exceptional service, high-quality stitching, and expert advice for nearly four years of my numerous visits. Today, I retrieved my La Sportiva Primaloft mountaineering down jacket, which required hemming on the sides and bottom. Upon trying it on at home, I found that the alterations perfectly matched my specifications, leaving me highly satisfied and compelled to share my positive experience through this review. Despite the distance from the western lakes, I consider the journey well worth it for the calibre of service provided.
Always my go-to for alterations. Staff are super friendly. If they think that the alterations won’t be sufficient they actually try to save you money and advise you against the alterations. Most other tailors will happily take your money. Alterations are always completed to the best standard
I was served by Paulina throughout my wedding dress alterations and I cannot recommend her enough! She listened, shared knowledge & was kind and polite. I’ll be back with other clothes now ahah. Thank youuu
Outstanding service and workmanship. More expensive than it used to be but their skills aren’t possessed by nearly as many as they used to be. Great job done with the seat of several pairs of shorts and trousers and tapering of trouser legs. The team members don’t seem to “oversell” either. I’ve found them to be quite cautious: “Are you sure about this change? This seems quite good as it is.” Highly recommended.
Had two pairs of jeans taken up. Asked for original finish which they initially didn’t do. They then redid them to add the original finish back on, with a surcharge of course, but one pair came back longer than the other. Went in to ask for them to be re-altered but was told they hadn’t made a mistake and I’d have to pay again. You can see where the previous stitching marks are around an inch up from the hem so not sure how they can dispute it. Used them for as long as I can remember but won’t be doing so again.
