Staff were rude, wanted me to pay normal price for my 1 year whom doesn't even eat any of the food. Of what I could even try, the food was cold, the sauce was watered down and the atmosphere was horrible as staff would stare over when I tried to eat. I felt really uncomfortable, my kids left hungry even tho I had paid for the buffet. I regret coming here. This was the first and last ever time I will come. If you like cheap food then go but that's all it is......cheap cold food.
USED to eat here regularly. Food quality has gone massively downhill I know it’s only £5.95 but it used to be so much better. chicken used to have meat on the bones. Used to do ribs but stopped. Used to have mushrooms in the pork and that stopped to. Rude staff especially the woman on the counter who throws change at you. Constantly have the heating on despite it being a sweat box, just to get people to pay and leave. Had their final chance and will not be returning. I’d almost rather they put the price up a couple of pound and made the food like it used to be and turned the air con on.
Great price, and food was lovely. Decor, lay out and service was very basic. Almost like a homeless soup kitchen. But the cheap price makes it great value for money, and you didn't feel rushed to eat and leave. You were left alone by the staff completely.
The staff are a bit standoff-ish, but 5.95 for a buffet is dirt cheap so it more than makes up for it. The food is pretty reasonable as well, all warm whenever I've been too. Some of these buffets skimp on meat to save money but this place really doesn't, to their credit. The atmosphere and such aren't great, but it's a cheap buffet so if you're coming there for atmosphere you've made a mistake. They need some chair squeak stoppers though; that sound is really irritating.
Great place if you a fan of watching ’s while eating old dry food . Too spicy , some were probably from yesterday, so , so dry. Two empty trays , with some burnt scrambles on the bottom. Some food not even hot instead drinks warm even with ice so they keep fridge probably off. One star it’s too much !
Poor Poor Poor. From the outside it looked closed and unkept, if they washed the windows it would help. Rude women on the counter, abrupt and ignorant. Although the food was cheep enough, it wasn’t great, in fact it was quite poor. Shredded chicken was very chewy and doughy, don’t even think it was chicken. The place is very run down and in desperate need of a refurb. As for the toilets, well, standing in urine to use the toilet was not an option for me so I hung on. The place was filthy. The sink, I would not wash my hands in it for fear of catching something. Even the toilet door was sticky to touch. The far end of the restaurant had water all over the floor and no one was dealing with it. As for health and Safety, this is none existing in this place, even the fire call point was covered over and taped up, wouldn’t be easy to activate in the case of a fire, if it works that is. Would not recommend and won’t be going back.
My 5 yr old boy was refused a glass of water, even tho it was a hot day. He not having fizzy drinks, and he don't want plastic bottles because of the environment. I had bough a drink for myself. But he wanted water. I will never eat here again.
Worst Chinese food I ever had in my life. First of all there was no fan/ac in their resturant. U can't even have your food in peace. The restaurant was as similar to a furnace/ boiler. Now let's talk about their food quality. All chicken recipes except chicken curry, were made from wastage body parts like flesh less wings and fats. Crispy shredded chicken was awful, it was just a chunk of fat. Moreover, I have never saw any Chinese cuisine with high amount of chilly powder. Rest you decide...:x
Great value for only £6 all you can eat , I had 3 plates to get my money worth . Had Chinese tea and water . Reason why I don't give 5 stars is Chinese food if you eat too much it makes you pass wind , and people making silly noises with their chairs. Ken
Rude, incompetent staff. Food was not fresh although hot and when I raised it as a concern I got attitude let alone when I walked in but I still wanted to eat with family so carried on. Was so embarrassed!! NEVER AGAIN.
