We have used number 1 for years and it has always been perfect... until today. Chilli beef was as good as always but chicken balls were the biggest let down ever. Thick, undercooked butter with the smallest amount of chicken. Not the usual standard so no idea if chefs changed or they are saving money but I will not be back.
I decide for a change take different place and come here. Ordered Singapore rice. Rice was dry and had a funny chlorine smell. Meat inside was so small chunks and so little that I could recognise only a bits of chicken . I hope rest of meals are much better but I do not rush to go back.
Was impossible to get through by phone, but went down and ordered so finally got to try it. Definitely worth it compared to all the others in the area. We have had some real hit and misses but this is definitely one we will be using again, just beware the time it can take to get it.Food: 5/5

Utterly outrageous. Ordered tonight and after an hour and a half wait which I did not mind as it was advised when ordering half the food arrived stone cold. Phoned them to complain and all I got was a rude attitude. My wife's food was fine and she ate it. Advised them of this. Eventually agreed a £10 refund, being just less than 50% of the meal but they insisted on collecting the food. I then received a call essentially accusing me of dishonesty as we did not return all the food. Told me I should bring the rest of the food to them as they refunded 100%. After explaining the previous conversation I was passed to another person whose customer service skills left a lot to be desired. Frankly appalling service and unbelievably rude and confrontational. They really need to sort this out. Very sad as have ordered from them since they opened on and off but will not be doing so again and would advise everyone to avoid. I wonder why they wanted the food back.....
Fridays can get busy,and take a while to order by phone but its worth the wait. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.
After getting takeaways from here for many years sadly we won’t anymore. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and abrupt. And we have found it more and more expensive. They are now asking that your order needs to be over £40 before you receive free prawn crackers. Seems a bit tight to me. Plenty of other nice places to try.
If I could leave less than one star I would this place has gone completely down hill and lost all care and compassion for there customers all they care about is how many orders they can get in in one night pure greed and arrogance. The 3rd time I have placed and ordered and they have messed up my order and forgotten dishes! After waiting over an hour for food it turnt up cold and they left off my daughters duck which is the ONLY thing on the menu she eats so was then without any dinner I called up to ask and say that they had forgotten it to be answered with “ the kitchen didn’t do it we are very busy” when I questioned and argued this she then replied “ I send it next time” who in there right mind would agree to that when you have paid for something?! No apology no offer for refund and no offer to send out the missing item. My cat has defiantly got more customer service skills than this woman, I understand your a busy company but to be busy you have to take care of your customers which you are now failing to do and then still expect business it’s just pure money grabbing selfish people and I would not recommend this place to anybody!
Terrible service! Always getting things wrong and sending the wrong order or forgetting food from your order. When phoning to explain this you are met with a terribly rude woman telling you are wrong and taking no accountability at all! Would not recommend this place to my dog
We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. Just can't go wrong with salt and pepper squid and sweet and sour chicken balls; Wait times can be hit or miss but worth it.
