Half the job was done a few days before February 23rd and the rest over a month later. Also, some of my loft windows can't be reached and a pull down device is required. I was informed this would be delivered with the last installation of 4 blinds but it was not. I was told the device would be delivered April 4th but it was not. On the 5th, the lady on the phone could not give me a date as to when I could have the device in order to use the blinds. No apology was given. The technicians also left a pile of old blinds in my bedroom, which had nails sticking out of them. I assumed they would dispose of them as I have no way of recycling them myself. However, when I called straight after the technicians had left regarding the trash they had left behind, I was told they could pick it up a week later. No one came to pick up the old blinds.

Randy is a good guy, he knows his stuff and is not pushy.  Price is competitive.  Ordered blinds, came within specified time and were put up fast, neatly and good. We enjoy them and they look good too.  Pete was  good help too.
