Over priced rip off merchants. Wanted to charge me £300 to fit an ignition coil to a strimmer. Sourced and fitted myself in an hour. Not a price tag in view in the shiny store as everything is top dollar. Look elsewhere.

Gammies Spare Parts Department is truly excellent in every respect. The spare part I needed for a piece of Honda gardening equipment is not well described on the old part and is not listed as available anywhere in the UK. Gammies have always been helpful in this respect in the past so I thought I should try them again and I phoned on 15th December. After describing the part and the information that was ingrained on it and asking me a couple of questions they were able to identify it then order it so it arrived today the 21st December. I can use the machine again tomorrow.
Bought new ride on mower excellent service quick delivery. Professional service
Not best pleased with this place. My mower was "serviced" and came back eventually, with a bill which would have bought me another mower, bolts were loose, the roller now jams - basically I paid to have my mower back in worse order than when it went in. Things were done to it without checking first. A partial goodwill refund was given because of this but this doesn't detract from the fact my mower is no longer in good working order. Disappointed. Customer service was pretty reasonable, the actual work was not.
I bought an expensive ride on mower here no problems until it came to servicing it. It is cheaper to get my Audi serviced! I complained and was told that was the price. Extortionate. I have just bought a much larger piece of land and need a lot more machinery, Gammies will be the last place I would go to.
Good people to deal with. Well run re Covid. Well worth a look for equipment and first rate for repairs. There is a pick up service available.
