Received an email from Ryan regarding renewing our mortgage and offered to compare mortgage rates. His email was clear and easy to understand. A phone call was arranged for the following day at a time that suited me. Ryan was very pleasant over the phone and I was able to provide all relevant information. Shortly after the phone call, Ryan sent the most competitive rates by email and advised on which may be the best option for us but was our decision to choose which one. I then confirmed our choice and Ryan then confirmed the new starting date of this rate. Ryan was friendly, he explained information that made sense to me and responded very quickly to all correspondence. Would highly recommend !!!
