Always polite when I call always on time and Norman has to be the loveliest taxi driver ever and my daughter travelled to school alone for the first time by taxi and Norman picked her up so she felt safe as she had travelled with him on previous occasions. I called the office to thank them and was told by the lovely woman if she was ever travelling alone again I should tell them they would send Norman or another equally friendly one.

I am absolutely disgusted. My elderly mum who has just come out of hospital phoned as she as done in the past to order a cab to pick up some cigarettes and take them to her. She pays full rate and tips the driver £5.00. Today was different, they told her that no one would do the job. How disgusting !!! They told her they would do it if she went with them and went into the shop. Impossible as she can't walk due to a major hemorrhage in her leg that she almost never recoveted from. Shame on you we will never use your service again, obviously your drivers are earning enough money and don't need her custom.

Absolutely discussted . Even though ordered a 7 seater vehicle a 5 seater arrived drove off then leaved us with no option to walk home in complete darkness with rain thunder and lightening with a 9, 6 and 2 year old. Then accused us of being rude and aggressive when we complained. Absolute disaster of a company will nevet use again not child friendly!!!!!!@

Worst taxi service I've ever had, staff were appalling, never order from here when you have ABC... Uber are better!!!!!!!
